In this generation, universities are constantly looking for modern tools and solutions to modernize their processes, promote collaboration, and increase overall efficiency. The best option for educational organizations is Google Workspace, an effective suite of cloud-based applications

Google Suite for Education or Google Workspace is an extensive collection of cloud-based productivity solutions made with academic institutions in mind. Along with advanced communication and collaboration tools, it includes well-known programs like Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Drive, making it an essential tool for academic institutions.

Google Workspace is available in a variety of options, some of which have been developed particularly for educators. The plan that best meets the requirements of Bulacan State University should be chosen to identify the number of users such as faculty, staff, and students who will be accessing Google Workspace in advance. Schools frequently qualify for discounted rates and benefits, ensuring Bulacan State University's status as a learning institution.

Google Workspace lays the groundwork for a streamlined and successful online learning experience in the context of Small Private Online Courses (SPOCs). In Bulacan State University, a Small Private Online Course (SPOC) is still a crucial part of a student's learning journey. It provides the fundamental capabilities necessary for virtual classroom interaction, permitting comprehensive discussions. With tools like Google Meet, video meeting is made possible, enabling in-person interactions between teachers and students as well as live lectures and conversations. Even in the online space, this encourages an awareness of community and interaction.

Last October 15, 2023, the Bulacan State University announces that the Google workspace subscription of the university has expired and is currently in the process of renewal and due to that, some features will be unavailable. Concerns have been raised by this announcement, especially among students and professors who extensively rely on Google Workspace tools for their daily academic and administrative tasks. How this situation will impact the way that SPOC (Small Private Online Courses) subjects are delivered is one of the main worries.

In an interviews among students at Bulacan State University, a student of BA Broadcasting voiced concern over the possibility of losing access to their Google Workspace files and questioned how they would get them back if the subscription isn't renewed. Similar to BA Broadcasting students, BA Journalism students preferred Google Workspace because of its familiarity and convenience, particularly in the setting of online classes, and expressed hope that the membership would be renewed. According to Student B, "Sana marenew kasi sanay na ako sa Google eh. Mas okay sya gamitin sa online class kesa sa Teams eh." These feelings highlight the students' reliance on Google Workspace for academic activities and the desire for a seamless transition to continue their online studying efficiently.

It is evident that Google Workspace is crucial for improving the educational environment at Bulacan State University. A commitment to simplifying and updating educational procedures, promoting collaboration, and ultimately boosting productivity may be seen in the Google Workspace suite of cloud-based services. Google Workspace provides a solid basis for both educators and students in a quickly growing future where effectiveness and adaptability are vital.
